A leading cross-commodity price reporting agency in the agriculture, forest products, metals & mining, and energy transition markets. Below are three examples of how delta helped AVPS and Fastmarkets with a range of services, to deliver the virtual/hybrid elements for a number of events.
Case Study: Fastmarkets
Virtual Events: International Aluminium Conference
The International Aluminium Conference brings together industry leaders and analysts from the aluminium industry. delta was brought in to deliver a three day virtual conference. This was produced remotely, with both live and pre-recorded presenters & panelists, followed by live Q&A sessions. In addition to producing the conference we also designed and supplied custom screen assets, such as backgrounds, holding slides, rolling sponsor loops and stingers.
Pre Production: RISI European Conference & PPI Awards
The RISI European Conference was a hybrid event held in Lisbon, Portugal, with the AV team streaming live from the venue. For this event which is for the forestry and packaging industries, delta provided pre-production support by carrying out pre event checks with virtual speakers, designing stream backgrounds, holding slides, sponsor loops and overlays. We also built a production software template (vMix) for the use of the on-site AV team.
Hybrid Support: Middle East Iron & Steel Conference
For the Middle East Iron and Steel Conference, which was held in Dubai, delta provided full hybrid support the event remotely from our studio in the UK. Hosting the virtual speakers and relaying them to the on site AV team to put to screen. We then took the camera feeds and graphics content from the venue, mixed with the virtual speakers, to push to the virtual conference platform on a fully branded background. As with the other events, we also designed and provided all on-screen assets, such as backgrounds, holding slides, overlays, and lower thirds.
